Hello, My name is Jo. I’m a home Chef and an Educator. Currently I am working on exploring the food industry in interior Alaska.
I’ve always had been interested in cooking, for friends and family. I started teaching culinary classes and have been doing that for many years. My new focus is to shed light on the local producers of food, I’m going behind the scenes to meet our growers, foragers, chefs, restaurant owners, greenhouse proprietors, food truck owners and hear their stories. I want to learn about them and their journey as they work hard to provide this most essential aspect of our living…. a meal for our table. A meal for Jo’s Table.
